Coronavirus Update - Our Procedures
Dear guests, we are adapting every day to the delicate situation and changing circumstances linked to the Covid-19 pandemic, in order to provide you with services as close as possible to your needs and in full compliance with Government measures in terms of protection and prevention.
At Glenbrook, the safety of our guests and staff have always been our top priority. We are proud of our record of cleanliness since we opened in 2016, with a perfect 10 for hygiene. We have updated our safety and hygiene training and made changes to the day to day running of our premises, ensuring our services are delivered to you with every precaution possible. Providing this level of care with the enhanced hygiene protocols will ensure you have an enjoyable and safe experience when you stay with us.
We are amending our breakfast arrangements under the current environment from being served in the dining room to being served in the bedroom. A menu will be provided to enable our guests to choose from our options and allocate a time when you want breakfast to be served. This will add social distancing and ensure that all food is bespoke to individual guests.
A list of changes and procedures will be placed in an envelop in your room prior to arrival outlining the measures we have implemented to ensure you safety.
Where possible, we will issue by email a pre-arrival form for contact details for all guests. This is required in the unlikely event that there is a need for contact tracing and also to reduce the exchange of forms and pens at check in. If possible we will agree a time of arrival so that you don't arrive at the same time as other guests.
